What Is The Build Program?

The Build Program is a 4-day-per-week training and development system designed to help athletes become complete players—not just scorers. We focus on the areas that truly separate athletes over time: spacing, decision-making, defense, strength, film, and skill that holds up in real games.

Most athletes don’t need more tournaments—they need more intentional development time. The Build gives them the structure and reps to grow.


Who This Is For?

The Build is for 13U–15U athletes who are ready to:

  • Train consistently (4 days/week)

  • Be coached hard with clear standards

  • Improve IQ, skill, and defensive impact

  • Learn team concepts: spacing, reads, rotations, communication

  • Take coaching + film feedback and apply it immediately

    ROSTER LIMITS - We keep the groups small on purpose so we can coach details, track growth, and hold athletes accountable.

  • 13U Boys: 10 spots

  • 14U Boys: 10 spots

  • 15U Boys: 10 spots

PRICING + REGISTRATION

$595 / Month
Includes 4 training sessions per week + Checkpoint Games (Build Games) + Film breakdown support


PROGRAM SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Days: Monday – Thursday

  • Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (90 minutes)

  • Location: WODE Athlete Center | Address: 7165 Rafael Ridge WayLas Vegas

What We Build

Spacing & Team Concepts (where to be + why it matters)

  1. Reading Defenses (help-side, gaps, closeouts, switches)

  2. Defending With Purpose (stance, positioning, effort, communication)

  3. Skill Development That Translates (finishing, shooting, footwork, counters)

  4. Strength + Physical Development (getting stronger for contact + control)

  5. Film & IQ Growth (learning your game, not guessing in games)

CHECKPOINT GAMES

The Build Program includes scheduled controlled games at the WODE Athlete Center called Checkpoint Games (also known as Build Games). These games are not random. They are used to measure development.

We will:

  • Schedule Build Games to create real game situations

  • Film the games to evaluate performance

  • Review film with athletes to:

    • Check off strengths (what you’re doing well)

    • Point out key areas of growth (exactly what must improve)

    • Turn film feedback into weekly training goals during our 4-day program

      Checkpoint Games help athletes improve faster because development becomes measurable, visible, and repeatable.
